ABOUT US
Copperhead Consulting, INC was built originally to help our real estate clients navigate the cannabis permitting process. It is one of the fields we specialize in and we quickly realized that there were clients who needed a lot of help solving problems during the escrow process. This encouraged us to create a helpful and sustainable relationship with both Humboldt and Trinity county's planning and code enforcement departments. Over the years we have helped clear up countless violations, and it became clear that cleaning these properties was something that helped everyone. Our whole team cares a lot about seeing properties return to their original charm and beauty. Not many people were willing to do this work in such far out places, so we felt it was the perfect open spot to step into. This work also has increased our clients faith in our abilities and solidified our reputation for doing thorough and excellent work. We have recently opened a new Brokerage called "Hawk & Heron Realty, INC." We are now doing all of our Copperhead work through the brokerage. Please reach out for more information.
