Copperhead Consulting, INC was built originally to help our real estate clients navigate the cannabis permitting process. It is one of the fields we specialize in and we quickly realized that there were clients who needed a lot of help solving problems during the escrow process. This encouraged us to create a helpful and sustainable relationship with both Humboldt and Trinity county's planning and code enforcement departments. Over the years we have helped clear up countless violations, and it then became clear that cleaning these properties was something that helped everyone. Our whole team cares a lot about seeing properties return to their original charm and beauty. Not many people were willing to do this work in such far out places, so we felt it was the perfect open spot to step into. We have always used Copperhead to do BPO's "Broker Professional Opinions" for parties, and the success of our real estate team "TEAM EVERGREEN" with TOP Properties has increased our clients faith in our abilities and solidified our reputation for doing thorough and excellent work. This is something we have been doing for a long time, and copperhead is a way to manage this process and provide a platform for all of our non-transactional real estate services.
