PROJECT 1
BURR VALLEY- This property had an incredible amount of trash on it, the home had been taken over by a fox, there was a dry barn full of old grow items, and an extensive amount of treework that needed to be done to clear the roadways.
PROJECT 2
TRINITY VILLAGE HOME- This home is is wonderful shape but had an older deck that had become hazardous. Our Project manager pulled out the decking and fencing, cleaned the area and put in a new large gravel pad so that the backyard was returned to being a beautiful and modern looking space.
PROJECT 3
BURNT RANCH PROPERTY- This is a larger property where there was an elderly woman who really needed some handyman services, and some cords of wood cut and prepared for winter. We also helped open the roadways to get it ready to be listed, so that potential clients could make sure to be able to drive with ease around the property.
PROJECT 4
MAD RIVER PROPERTY- This property was once beautiful and went into foreclosure. The old owners decided to do what they could to leave as much trash on the property and also damaged the buildings. We came in and cleaned up all of the trash, cleaned the home, and performed repairs to the homes so that it was looking good and ready to be sold again for the most value possible.
