Brooklyn's Story
I hit the ground running in 2017 to build a cannabis & rural land program at RE/MAX Humboldt Realty. In my first year at RE/MAX I made it to #1 out of 35 agents and stayed there in the rankings until I left in 2021 to join Top Properties. In 2020 I created "Team Evergreen" with my partner Emily Burrell who does it all but specializes in residential. We also hired a licensed assistant named Pat Quinn who does all of our marketing, advertising, & website work, along with having a commercial drone license which is not easy to get! We are ranked #7 out of 400 plus agents in Humboldt county and also cover Trinity and Mendocino. My team lives in Arcata and our office is inside the creamery building downtown. I myself live in Salyer (Trinity Village) & Arcata and cover all of Trinity, Humboldt, and Mendocino counties- I am our biggest road agent, but all 3 of us do showings as necessary. I am in my 6th year and the volume of transactions we have been able to close has earned me a position as well known resource with expertise in ranch land, cannabis, and timber acquisition. I bring a level of knowledge that is hard to find and enjoy helping people from all over 3 counties get evaluations on their properties.
